Staff was very friendly and ensured a smooth check-in process. Especially, Ms. Kushi was customer-focused and helped me secure a comfortable room. Even the staff at the restaurant did their best to serve all customers very well

1)The room arrangement and cabinets were apt and nice. 2)Housekeeping was amazing and it felt good to see the organized room after a tiring meeting day.

Behavior of Staff very Nice and polite- Leonard, Samsung, Joseph are very cooperative and helpful, Maintenance staff on 3rd floor is very good and prompt in providing services

Booking was seamless, reception team was courteous, room was clean, toiletries are of good quality

The room was neat and well maintained. The room had enough isolation that no light could creep in. Had great sleep
